CEO's Report
The CEO’s Report offers a clear monthly snapshot of the work underway across the TTC, highlighting key initiatives, organizational priorities, and performance results. Each edition features a focused look at one transit mode—Subway, Bus, Streetcar/LRT, or Wheel‑Trans—followed by systemwide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that track safety, reliability, customer satisfaction and other metrics. A Special Topics section provides updates on major projects, milestones, and emerging priorities, giving the Board timely insight into actions that support a safe, clean, reliable, and accessible transit network. While the report has evolved over time, its purpose remains constant: to strengthen transparency and support the continued modernization of Toronto’s public transit system and the customer experience.
