Important information for monthly pass customers

We understand your travel patterns may have changed. If you would like to cancel your Autorenew for your TTC Monthly Pass you must do so by February 22, 2021, to avoid being charged for your March pass.

If you would like to cancel your 12 Month Pass you must do so by February 22, 2021, to avoid being charged for your March pass. The TTC will waive all cancellation fees. You may still see a notification regarding cancellation fees on the PRESTO app or website, however, please disregard this message.

If you would like to purchase a March monthly pass or 12 Month Pass, you can do so from February 17 until March 8. Passes are available online at prestocard.ca, at Shoppers Drug Mart or at Fare Vending and Self-Serve Reload Machines at all subway stations.

Autorenew customers who want to cancel February pass

You can do this by logging into your My PRESTO Account online at prestocard.ca and clicking Autorenew Transit Pass Settings. You will be able to cancel your Autorenew agreement on the Manage Autorenew section of the website. You can also cancel your agreement through the PRESTO App.

You can set up a new Autorenew agreement anytime during the monthly pass sales window, which takes place the last 12 days of the month until eight days after the start of the next month.

In the meantime, you may want to consider setting up an Autoreload agreement, so you never have to worry about whether you have enough money loaded onto your card. You can do this through your My PRESTO Account online at prestocard.ca or via the PRESTO App.

12 Month Pass customers who want to cancel their plan

To cancel your plan, follow these steps:

• Visit prestocard.ca and log into your My PRESTO Account, click on the Load drop down menu and then click on Autorenew Transit Pass.
• On the Manage Autorenew page, click Remove to cancel your TTC 12 Month Pass.
  We welcome customers to sign up for the 12 Month plan again in the future when they are ready to resume using transit.
