TTC Bathurst Station Photo ID Office


The Photo ID Office at Bathurst Station is currently closed, due to the strike. At this time you will not be able to get a TTC Post-Secondary Photo ID or Support Person Assistance Card. You can continue to use your current card until the office re-opens. Visit ttc.ca/strike for up to date information. Thank you for your patience.

 

Photo ID Centre hours of operation

  • Monday - Friday: 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Sunday: Closed

Customers who require a TTC Post-Secondary Photo ID Card or a TTC Support Person Assistant Card can visit our, Photo ID Office at Bathurst Station on the concourse level, to have their photo taken and submit their Support Person Assistance Card application.  

The Post-Secondary Photo ID Card costs $5.25 and all eligible post-secondary students are required to carry this identification when travelling on the TTC. 

There is no charge for the Support Person Assistance Card. 

Support Person Assistance Card photos can also be taken at the TTC’s Customer Service Centre, at 1900 Yonge Street, above Davisville Station. The cards will be mailed to customers when they are ready. 

Alternatively, customers can mail their Support Person Assistance Card application and one (1) colour passport photo to:

In order to provide a safe environment to our employees and customers, only four customers are permitted into the Photo ID Office at a time. Customers must wear a mask when entering the office and will be asked to lower their mask when their photograph is taken.

Chairs are available upon request, should you require one while on site.
