Kennedy Station Commuter Lot - Parking Reduction

Due to the recent derailment on Line 3 and ongoing track level investigation, shuttle bus service was implemented to get move customers between Kennedy and McCowan stations. Buses are operating every few minutes and congestion in Kennedy Station bus terminal is impacting safe bus operations.

Starting Monday, August 21, 2023, the north commuter parking lot at Kennedy Station will be permanently closed to customers and repurposed as a layover site for buses on break or out of service to ease bus congestion, maintain safe bus operations and allow for additional bus capacity in the terminal. The south commuter-lot at Kennedy Station was closed in May, 2023 to allow for construction of a second bus terminal, which will open this fall.

Commuter parking will no longer be available at Kennedy Station. Customers can park at the nearest commuter parking lots located at Warden (920 available spaces) and Victoria Park (173 available spaces) stations.
