The SafeTTC app lets you discreetly report harassment, safety concerns, or suspicious activity anytime, anywhere directly to the TTC's Transit Control Centre. Submissions are monitored 24/7. Download the app today and help keep transit safe for everyone.

From the app home screen, customers have two options:
1. Push the “Report a concern” button and follow these steps:
- Step one: Select report type
- Someone being threatened
- Something suspicious
- Someone behaving aggressively or disruptively
- Person in need of support or help
- Step two: Select report location
- If reporting from a vehicle, please provide the vehicle number which is located at the front of a bus, streetcar or on every subway train or LRT vehicle.
- Step three: Option to select anonymous
- If you selecting this, Transit Control won’t see your name, but they are able to connect with you.
- Step four: Push the Send Report button
- This will share the information directly with Transit Control
2. Push the "Call 911" button
The Push the “Call 911” button to connect customers directly to 9-1-1 dispatch. This should only be used when emergency police, fire or medical assistance is required.
The app is designed with the subway in mind. If you send a report in an area without cellular connectivity, it will be stored and sent automatically as soon as you’re connected again. The system is also designed to send text before pictures so that Transit Control receives reports as quickly as possible.
