TTC Seasonal Routes
The TTC’s seasonal routes offer enhanced, dedicated service to some of Toronto’s must-visit destinations during the warmer months.
Each year from the spring through to autumn, the TTC’s fleet of 200-series vehicles travel to High Park, Cherry Beach, Bluffer’s Park and the Toronto Zoo.
Customers can easily identify the seasonal routes which features white and pink branding on maps, station signage and stop poles. This distinctive feature helps ensure customers can quickly, confidently, and easily locate buses that will take them to some of the city’s most popular and beloved attractions.
200 Toronto Zoo
Open since August 1974, the Toronto Zoo is the site of many firsts. Originally known as the Metro Toronto Zoo, it was home to the first fur seal, first pygmy hippo, first white rhino and first African elephant born in Canada and also welcomed the arrival of the first giant pandas in Canada in 1985.
Today, the Toronto Zoo is a recognized leader in animal care and welfare, advancing conservation and animal welfare research through partnerships with universities, research organizations and zoological institutions worldwide.
As of Sunday, May 3, 200 Toronto Zoo will operate between 8:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
Buses will operate every 20 minutes in all time periods.
201 Bluffer’s Park
Bluffer’s Park is among 11 parks located along the sweeping, picturesque Scarborough Bluffs. The Bluffs extend 15 kilometres along the Lake Ontario shore, from the Eastern Beaches of Toronto in the west, to East Point Park in the east. Bluffer's Park was designed to improve public access to the base of the Bluffs, and includes a sandy beach, picnic areas, walks, lookouts and more.
As of Sunday, May 3, service on the 201 Bluffer’s Park will operate between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekends and holidays.
Buses will operate every 15 minutes in all time periods.
202 Cherry Beach
Cherry Beach is located on the north shore of Toronto’s outer harbour at the foot of Cherry Street in the Port Lands and is a prime warm weather destination for solo outings and group gatherings.
As of Sunday, May 3, service on the 202 Cherry Beach will operate between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m. on weekdays, and between 8 a.m. and 1 a.m. on weekends and holidays.
Buses will operate every xx minutes in all time periods.
203 High Park
Located west of the downtown core, High Park is a sprawling 400-acre urban park that offers prime opportunities to explore nature and wildlife for visitors travelling along its networks of paths, trails, ponds and creeks.
As of Sunday, May 3, service on the 203 High Park will operate between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. seven days a week.
Buses will operate every 20 minutes in all time periods.
