Pay your fare with your debit or credit card

Three images of different ways of paying your fair with debit, credit or PRESTO cards

Paying your fare on the TTC is now easier than ever! Simply tap your debit or credit card, or use the card loaded in your mobile wallet on your phone or smartwatch, every time you board a vehicle on the street or enter a subway station.

A PRESTO reader can detect PRESTO cards as well as debit and credit cards, please take the card you want to pay with out of your wallet when you tap, to avoid unwanted charges on other cards.
$3.30 will be charged to your card. This is the same as the adult PRESTO fare. A two-hour transfer will automatically be applied to your card when you tap on a reader. Make sure you tap with the same card each time you transfer within the two-hour period, or else you will be charged a new fare.

Credit and debit cards are accepted on all buses, streetcars, Wheel-Trans vehicles and at all subway stations.
