Now Open: Line 5 Eglinton
Line 5 Eglinton is 19 kilometres of light rail transit connecting customers along Eglinton Avenue. The west end of the line starts at Mount Dennis Station and operates all the way to Kennedy Station in the east end.
On Sunday, February 8, rides will be free on Line 5 LRT service only. Customers travelling on and connecting to other routes will need to pay their fare and be prepared to show Proof-of-Payment.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be hosting a launch event on February 8 but look forward to formally celebrating the opening of Line 5 in the coming months.
Line 5 will provide customers with convenient and reliable rapid transit service and a convenient new way to move across Eglinton Avenue. Visit our Line 5 routes and schedules page for the latest service and schedule information.
