TTC Line 3 closure this Sunday

This Sun., June 24, only, there will be no service on Line 3 Scarborough as TTC crews carry out maintenance and state of good repair work. Shuttle buses will run throughout the closure, operating via Midland Ave. to Scarborough Centre Station, with stops at Kennedy, Lawrence East, Ellesmere, Midland and Scarborough Centre stations.

Wheel-Trans will be available upon request from any station for customers who require an accessible connection. Customers can speak with any TTC staff member for more information about service frequency.

Periodic Line 3 closures are required as the TTC undertakes a complete life-extension rehabilitation of the tracks and vehicles to provide a more reliable and comfortable service over the next 10 years. The line will be decommissioned following the opening of the Scarborough Subway Extension.
