TTC to unveil 2015 customer charter

TTC Chair Josh Colle and Deputy CEO/Chief Customer Officer Chris Upfold will unveil the third annual TTC Customer Charter tomorrow at Bloor-Yonge Station.
Following the announcement, TTC senior managers will hold a “meet the manager” at Bloor-Yonge Station to greet customers.
