TTC ice storm update


The TTC currently has no service on the SRT and Sheppard lines.  Both lines are not expected to open before the end of service. Shuttle buses continue to operate on both lines.
 
De-icing trains continue to operate on the Bloor-Danforth and Yonge-University-Spadina line. 
 
Trees have been cleared away between Victoria Park and Warden stations and Davisville Station. Traction power issues have been resolved and service is operating on the Bloor-Danforth and Yonge-University-Spadina lines with the exception of trains not stopping at Victoria Park, Islington, York Mills, North York Centre stations due to the ongoing AC power outages.
 
All routes servicing Islington Station are diverting to Kipling Station. All routes servicing Victoria Park Station are diverting to Main Street Station.
 
The following bus routes are on diversion: 120 Calvington, 62 Mortimer, 64 Main, 87 Cosburn, 86 Scarborough, 116 Morningside, 25 Don Mills, 54 Lawrence, 14 Glencairn, 32 Eglinton, 63 Ossington, 73 Royal York, 98 Willowdale-Senlac, 125 Drewry due to adverse road conditions.

The115 Silver Hills and 78 St Andrew routes have been cancelled.
 
Streetcars are not operating. Shuttle buses are running on all streetcar routes. Overhead crews in conjunction with storm cars (with cutters) are currently working to clear the 501 Queen line followed by the 506 Carton route in hopes of restoring night streetcar service.

The TTC will issue another service update tonight at 10 p.m.
