TTC’s 510 Spadina streetcars back on track

The TTC’s 510 Spadina streetcars will resume operation along Spadina Avenue this Sunday, November 18 following major investment and renewal work.

The construction, which began in June, involved track reconstruction at several key locations, modification of the passenger platforms and shelters, and modernization of the overhead power system in preparation for the arrival of the TTC’s new low-floor streetcars. Additional track work will be carried out next summer.

The 510 Spadina streetcar service will turn back at King St. until later this year.  Replacement buses will operate between King St. and Queens Quay.

The TTC would like to thank the public for their patience during construction.
