On November 24 (opens in a new window) and December 10 (opens in a new window), 2020, TTC held two virtual information sessions to inform and encourage women to apply for the role. Participants heard from diverse women on track to rewarding careers at the TTC. The session was followed by discussions about:

- Family and work/life balance
- Career growth opportunities
- Competitive compensation and benefits
