Payments to the TTC
Online banking
You can pay your Toronto Transit Commission bill directly from your bank through your online banking website. This payment option requires a TTC-issued customer number. Do not use an employee badge or Wheel-Trans registration number. If you require a customer number, please call 416-393-4550. This service is available for:
Credit card payment
Pay by credit card, Amex, MasterCard or Visa. Fill out our Credit Card Payment form and fax to TTC – Treasury at (416) 338-0178. Please print clearly and complete all sections. Charges will appear as “TTC Treasury Services“ on your monthly statement.
Please contact 416-397-8281 if you have any questions. The CVV is the Card Verification Value or security code on your card (Visa and MC: 3 numbers on back, Amex: 4 numbers on front).

Cheques should be made payable to “Toronto Transit Commission” quote your customer number and invoice number on the front of your cheque.
Pre-authorized payments
Sign up and your balance due will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account on the due date. Fill out our pre-authorized payment form and mail or fax it to (416) 338-0178 or call us at 416-393-4550 to sign up.
Pay in person
You can make a payment at our Customer Service Centre. The Customer Service accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cheque, Money Order, Interac, American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
