Excellent customer service

The 8 Broadview driver is the epitome of what an operator should be and more. Friendly and courteous to both his riders and those that share the road. I know I'm not the only rider that appreciates this young employee.
I was looking for a bus route and stop, when the 54 Lawrence East driver came up – asked if I was lost – and happened to be driving the route I needed. It was awesome how he took the time to ask if I needed directions. The bus ride was as smooth as it could possibly be. Great effort on his part!

I left something on the bus this morning, and the operator from Birchmount Division really went above and beyond to help me get my belongings back. She provided the best customer service.

Our family and thousands of tightly residing tenants of Bloor West Village continue to enjoy TTC hybrid buses on route 30 High Park. We thank the whole TTC Team from the bottoms of our hearts.
It was hot outside and the magical 85 Sheppard East bus had windows cracked for air circulation & COVID-19 prevention. It had AC for the weather, it was clean, and service was swift and polite. This driver knows how to drive and create a pleasant environment!

I was on the 509 Harbourfront and the driver did an excellent job assisting customers. This driver would have personally helped 100s of people. I know others appreciated it as much as I did.
What a great, considerate operator! I was assisting my mother and the 66 Prince Edward operator was so patient. When we arrived at our stop he extended the ramp and waited while she slowly navigated getting off the bus. Such a wonderful experience, 5 stars.
I just wanted to thank the 506 Carlton driver. They were very friendly and waved to us and even stopped right up to the crosswalk to make it easier for my parents to get to. Thank you for the great customer service and for leaving us walking away with a big smile!

Please convey my thank you to the 42 Cummer operator for being so kind. They waited till I crossed the street so I could board the bus. I really appreciated the gesture of consideration. It made my day!
I have had the pleasure of riding with the 87 Cosburn operator on several occasions. I travel on this route 5 days a week and I'm always glad to see him at the wheel.

I want to commend the 94 Wellesley operator for his extraordinary help today, calling an ambulance for me and staying until I was free to go. TTC workers go over and above for their passengers and deserve our praise.

The 31B Greenwood operator took care of a senior woman who was lost and had Alzheimer’s disease. The driver handled the situation in a calm and professional way. She ensured the woman was taken care of by the police to get her home. You are amazing!
