Donlands Station Second Exit/Entrance & Easier Access Elevators Project Opening
The secondary exit/entrance and elevators at Donlands Station are now open. We would like to thank our neighbours for their patience during construction.
The building is open and available for customer use as of August 8, 2024. The second exit/entrance building is located at 17/19 Dewhurst Boulevard, and features four PRESTO-enabled fare gates.
The TTC Second Exit/Entrance Program was developed to enhance customer safety and convenience. The location of the secondary exit/entrance for Donlands Station was selected through a Local Working Group (LWG) process where local representatives proposed, assessed and selected potential locations using an evaluation framework developed by a panel of third party experts. The TTC would like to thank the members of the LWG for their participation in the early stages of the design work.
Public Art
A public art component is planned for installation at the Donlands Station Second Exit/Entrance building in the near future.Field by April Hickox will be a photographic collage comprised of flora, meadow flowers, indigenous plants, and trees from the Toronto Islands.
