Extra service for Eras Tour and Taylgate ’24
The TTC is excited and ready to take people to and from the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concerts and Taylgate’24 with ease. Leave the car at home, or park in a TTC parking lot, and let us do the driving!

Connecting to the TTC from the airport
The 900 Airport Express route provides all-day service between Toronto Pearson Airport and Kipling Station on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth. It costs the same to travel from the airport on the TTC as it does to travel around the city!

Paying a fare and Proof-of-Payment
Quick tips:
- Credit/debit cards are the fastest way to pay. However, each person over the age of 12 will be required to tap a separate card to pay a fare.
- A PRESTO card can be loaded to a mobile device for free, or a physical card can be purchased for $4 from a Fare Vending Machine at a subway station. The cards can be loaded with money for pay-as-you-go travel.
Note: PRESTO cards need to be set to deduct a youth or senior fare. This can be done at Shoppers Drug Mart locations, or other PRESTO Customer Service Outlet. Government issued ID required.

**Each person is required to have their own PRESTO Ticket.Children 12 years of age and younger travel for free! Youths ages 16-19 are required to carry ID (High School Photo Identification or Driver’s license) while travelling on the TTC.
Proof-of-Payment
A tapped PRESTO, credit/debit, or mobile device is a customer’s Proof-of-Payment. If paying by cash, ask the Operator on a bus for a paper transfer, or get one from the transfer machine at a station or on a streetcar. Carry these to show a Fare Inspector if asked.
Two-hour transfer
A two-hour transfer is available to use when tapping PRESTO, credit/debit or a mobile device. Does not apply to customers paying with cash. Must be within two-hours of the first tap.
One Fare Program
The One Fare Program allows customers paying with a PRESTO card, PRESTO in mobile wallet, debit or credit card, to transfer for free between the TTC, Brampton Transit, Durham Region Transit, MiWay, York Region Transit and GO Transit.

Extra service for the concerts and Taylgate’24
Extra service will be added on Line 1 Yonge-University and Line 2 Bloor-Danforth, as well as on the following surface routes, on the days of the concerts and Taylgate events only:
19 Bay
509 Harbourfront (full streetcar service resuming on this route from November 1-24, 2024)
510D Spadina
511 BathurstThe extra service on these surface routes won’t appear on transit apps, however vehicles will arrive regularly from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., and again from 11 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. on the days of the concerts.
Wheel-Trans will continue to operate regular service, however dedicated Wheel-Trans vehicles will be on stand-by in various locations downtown between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. on concert days only, to assist customers getting to and from the concerts and Taylgate24. Wheel-Trans customers can speak to TTC staff for assistance.

Service after the concerts and Taylgate’24
Consider using these options instead of going to St Andrew or Union stations, take a:
510D Spadina/Swiftbus to Spadina Station for Line 1 Yonge-University and Line 2 Bloor-Danforth. Look for the 510D/Swiftbus sign on the vehicle. These buses will stop and drop people off at King, Queen, Dundas and College streets, on the way to Spadina Station.
19 Bay/Swiftbus to Bay Station on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth. Look for the 19Bay/Swiftbus sign on the vehicle. These buses will stop and drop people off at King, Queen, Dundas and College streets on the way to Bay Station.
504 King/Swiftcar to St Andrew and King stations on Line 1 Yonge-University. These streetcars will continue east as a regular 504 King streetcar to Broadview Station, on Line 2 Bloor-Danforth.TTC staff will be directing people to these routes as they leave the Rogers Centre, Metro Toronto Convention Centre (MTCC), or arrive at Union Station. Look for the TTC logo signs for directions to the boarding locations.
Wheel-Trans will continue to operate regular service, however dedicated Wheel-Trans vehicles will be on stand-by in various locations downtown between 6 p.m. and 2 a.m. on concert days only, to assist customers getting to and from the concerts and Taylgate24. Wheel-Trans customers can speak to TTC staff for assistance.
Union Station after the concert
Access to Union Station after the concert will be from the stairs on Front Street, or through the accessible entrance (moat entrance) off Front Street West and Bay Street, if elevator access is required.
To keep the station safe and so everyone has a bit of room to keep dancing, staff may limit the number of people that can enter the station at a time, which may result in a line up to get in. Please be patient, keep singing and dancing and we will quickly and efficiently get everyone in, in the safest way possible.

Subway stations near the venues
St Andrew and Union stations, on Line 1 Yonge-University, are the closest stations to the Rogers Centre or MTCC. They are about a 10-15 minute walk from these venues.

Alternate routes downtown
Use the following routes to get to the Rogers Centre or MTCC, instead of travelling to St Andrew or Union stations:
From Line 1 travel to:
- King or Queen stations and walk south on Yonge Street to Front Street West. Turn right and continue to the MTCC or Rogers Centre.
- Osgoode Station and walk south down University Avenue to Front Street West. Turn right and continue to the MTCC, or Rogers Centre.
From Line 2 travel to:
- Bathust Station and take a 511 Bathurst streetcar southbound to Queens Quay and Reese Street.
- Spadina Station and take a 510D Spadina bus southbound to Spadina Avenue and Blue Jays Way.

Safety features on the TTC
Download the SafeTTC app for free from the Apple App or Google Play stores and use it to report an incident, or Dial 911 on a cell phone at any time.
For help at a station or on a vehicle, do the following:
At a station:
- Speak to the station Collector, Customer Service Agent or a TTC employee.
- Use the Passenger Assistance Intercom at the entrance or at the Designated Waiting Area on the platform.
On a bus/streetcar:
- Speak to the Operator on a bus.
- Push the intercom to speak the Operator on a streetcar.
On a subway:
- In the event of a medical emergency that requires police, fire or ambulance, push the yellow strip above the window on a subway train. The train will travel into the station and an Operator will come to assist.
TTC staff, including Special Constables, will be available throughout the system and in key locations in the downtown core to assist at any time.
