2023 Holiday Service Hours
The TTC will be adjusting some schedules during the holiday season between Friday December 22, 2023 and Saturday, January 2, 2024. Customer Service, Customer Information, Lost Articles, Photo ID Centre and the Customer Service Centre Office hours will also be adjusted.
Reminder: The TTC will be free from 7 p.m. December 31, 2023 until 8 a.m. January 1, 2024. Customers do not need to tap their PRESTO card, PRESTO Ticket, PRESTO in Google Wallet, debit or credit card, or deposit cash, TTC ticket or token in a fare box.

Friday, December 22, 2023:
Lost Articles Office will close early, and will operate from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Saturday, December 23, 2023:
Photo ID Centre will be closed.
Sunday, December 24, 2023:
Customer Service will close early, but will be open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.
Customer Information will close early, but be open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Monday, December 25, 2023 - Christmas Day
Subway service starts at 8 a.m. and the system will operate on a Sunday service schedule
Customer Service, Customer Information, the Lost Articles Office, Photo ID Centre and Customer Service Centre Office will be closed.
Tuesday, December 26, 2023 - Boxing Day
Subway service starts at 6 a.m. and the system will operate on a Holiday Service schedule.
Customer Service, Customer Information, the Lost Articles Office, Photo ID Centre and Customer Service Centre Office will be closed.

Lost Articles Office will close early, and will operate from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Sunday, December 31, 2023:
Customer Service will close early, but will be open from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m.

Sunday, December 31, 2023: New Year's Eve
The TTC will be free from 7 p.m. December 31 until 8 a.m. January 1, 2024, thanks to Corby Spirit and Wine.
The system will operate on a Sunday service schedule. Late evening bus, streetcar, and subway service will continue until 3 a.m., with the Blue Night Network operating until regular service begins at 8 a.m.

Regular operating hours will resume Tuesday, January 2, 2024 for all offices.
