Designated Waiting Area (DWA) available on every subway station platform
The Designated Waiting Area or DWA is available on all of our subway platforms.

It has a Passenger Assistance Intercom that you can use to speak to a TTC employee if you need help or have a question, benches you can use when waiting for the subway to arrive, enhanced lighting, CCTV cameras that the Customer Service Agent at the station can see and a payphone should you need to use it.
