TTC’s annual Customer Town Hall moves online

The 2016 TTC Customer Town Hall takes place online this Thursday, Nov. 17, from 7 to 9 p.m.

A departure from in-person town halls, the TTC is adopting a virtual format to allow more participation and greater opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to the TTC.

The town hall will kick-off with a progress report of TTC projects and services, followed by questions and comments to CEO Andy Byford and Deputy CEO and Chief Customer Officer, Chris Upfold.
