TTC track work on Line 2 this weekend
Surface routes diverting for events and construction
Line 2 Bloor-Danforth
This Sat. June 4 only, TTC crews will replace 780 ft. of rail between St George and Pape stations, requiring that portion of Line 2 to close. Shuttle buses will operate, stopping at all subway stations along the route.
Wheel-Trans will be available for customers requiring an accessible connection. Customers can speak with any TTC staff member to request the service.
To provide a faster trip for customers, shuttle buses will not service local stops between subway stations, and parking will be restricted on Bloor St. between St George St. and Avenue Rd., Church St. and Ted Rogers Way, and between Huntley St. and Sherbourne St.
Regular service resumes Sunday morning at 8 a.m. The next scheduled subway closures are:
- Line 2: Pape to St George stations – Sunday, June 12 only
- Line 1 Yonge-University: St Clair West to Downsview stations – June 18-19
- Line 3 Scarborough: Entire line June 25 - 26
