TTC Customer Town Hall November 20

The Toronto Transit Commission will host its annual Customer Town Hall on Thursday, November 20 from 6 - 9 p.m. at Toronto City Hall, 100 Queen Street West.

Starting at 6 p.m., senior TTC staff, including CEO Andy Byford, will be available to speak one-on-one with customers in the main floor Rotunda. At 7 p.m., the event will move to the Council Chamber, where attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions, make comments and offer suggestions on how to improve transit in Toronto. TTC staff will address issues as they arise, hearing from as many as possible.

As seating is limited, admittance is first-come, first-seated. Those unable to attend can follow along on Twitter, using the hashtag #TTCtownhall. American Sign Language interpretation and closed-captioning will be available at the meeting.
