Wheel-Trans Public Consultation Meetings

The TTC is committed to a transparent process to determine eligibility for Wheel-Trans. In July 2013, the City of Toronto Ombudsman reported on her investigation into the TTC's use of video recordings on Wheel-Trans vehicles for purposes of reassessing customers' eligibility.

The Ombudsman recommended that, should the TTC wish to continue using video recordings, the TTC hold public consultations.

Two public consultation meetings will be held to provide an opportunity for the public to learn about and provide feedback regarding changes to the TTC's use of video-recordings on Wheel-Trans vehicles.

Both venues are accessible.
