TTC 501 Queen streetcars on diversion for track work

On Saturday, October 9 and Sunday, October 10, between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., track work will take place on Queen Street East at Broadview Avenue. The nature of the work to be conducted will require the re-routing of the 501 Queen and the implementation of shuttle buses on Queen Street East.

Eastbound and westbound streetcars will divert in both directions using Queen Street, Coxwell Avenue, Gerrard Street, Broadview Avenue and Queen Street, to route.

Shuttle buses will operate eastbound from Carroll Street, east on Queen Street, to Neville Loop. Westbound shuttle buses will operate from Neville Loop, west on Queen Street, north on River Street, east on Dundas Street, south on Carroll Street, to eastbound routing.

Regular streetcar service will resume Sunday, October 10, at 7 p.m.
