Company Questionnaire
Complete the Company Questionnaire to be added to the TTC's bidders' list.
The TTC publicly advertises all competitive requirements valued at more than $100,000 and may also advertise specific requirements valued at less than $100,000 (e.g. minor construction/construction or consultant services, engineered equipment, and non-revenue vehicle purchases). For those requirements that are valued at $100,000 or less that are not publicly advertised, the TTC maintains a Bidders' List for reference purposes.
You must complete and submit a Company Questionnaire to be added to the TTC’s Bidders List. Follow the instructions noted below:
Open the fillable Company Questionnaire PDF, save and send the completed form accompanied with the mandatory documents noted on the form to sellingtottc@ttc.ca.
TTC database will undergo a review/purge every 5 years. Vendors who are not awarded a contract in 5 years will be removed from the database, and must go through the registration process again to be added back into the database.
