The Conference of Minority Transportation Officials (COMTO) is the leading national advocate in the United States for employment diversity, inclusion and contracting opportunities in the multi-modal, multi-billion-dollar transportation industry.

The TTC has played a key role in the founding of the first international and Canadian chapter of the US National organization – COMTO Toronto & Region. As a leading member of COMTO Toronto & Region, the TTC is committed to eliminating barriers for minority individuals and addressing inequalities in Canada’s transportation industry.

The TTC has partnered with COMTO to provide a forum for marginalized transportation professionals to connect and learn from one another. COMTO presents unique professional development, mentorship, advocacy and outreach opportunities that will help chart a more inclusive way forward.
