174174 Ontario Place-Exhibition–Routing adjustment

The routing of southbound buses will change to operate via the streetcar right-of-way leaving Exhibition Loop, eastbound across Strachan Avenue into the eastbound curb lane on Fleet Street, south on Fort York Blvd, and west on Lake Shore Blvd West to regular routing. This will allow buses to better serve a stop at the Fleet Street and Strachan Avenue intersection.

Buses will serve the existing 509 HARBOURFRONT and 511 BATHURST streetcar stop at Strachan Avenue (Stop ID #1062) and the existing 307 BATHURST stop at Fort York Blvd (Stop ID #15502).

Additionally, service will be cancelled on weekends due to road closures from City of Toronto, Exhibition Place, and Ontario Place events. There will be no bus service between Exhibition Loop and Ontario Place. Customers accessing Ontario Place can walk from the closest stop at Strachan Avenue.
  
Routing details

Northbound 174: from Ontario Place central entrance via west and north on Remembrance Drive, east on Lake Shore Boulevard West, north on Strachan Avenue, and west onto the streetcar right-of-way to Exhibition Loop.

Southbound 174: from Exhibition Loop via east on streetcar right-of-way, through Strachan Avenue intersection to east on Fleet Street (curb lane), south on Fort York Boulevard, west on Lake Shore Boulevard West, south on Ontario Place Boulevard, and west on Remembrance Drive to Ontario Place central entrance.
