73DRoyal York to Albion Rd–Route update

Branch extension
73D Royal York (Royal York Station-Knob Hill & Oak) branch will be extended to Albion Road. Stops on Knob Hill Drive will no longer be served. This change will improve connections between buses at Albion Road, including the 96 Wilson, 165 Weston Rd North, and 996 Wilson Express.
73D Royal York will operate from Royal York Station, north on Royal York Road, northeast on St. Phillips Road, north on Weston Road, west on Albion Road, east on the interchange ramp and south on Weston Road, to regular route.
