129mccowan northbound–Afternoon rush hour service increase

Afternoon peak period service on the 129A (Scarborough Centre Station-Major Mackenzie) will be improved from every 19-20 minutes to every 13 minutes north of Steeles Avenue. There will be no change to service levels within Toronto.
